Important information regarding operating hours and ordering procedures during the Covid-19/Coronavirus pandemic.

During this uncertain time, we are trying to be available for our customers, while also trying to do our best to protect our staff, customers, delivery drivers, and the population at large.

Head Office

We have resumed out regular hours at our Calgary office: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM. 

As per Calgary by-law, all customers are required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth upon entering. We can provide you a mask if you do not have one.

You can order your supplies ahead of time, by calling ahead 1-888-805-8631, and we can arrange to leave them just inside our front door for contact-free pickup.

Service Calls – We have just resumed outgoing service calls, though we are limiting them to commercial spaces only. We will include home-based customers when we feel it is safe to do so. When the technician arrives at your location, he will be wearing a mask, and we ask that you do as well. We then ask that the tech be left alone in the room with the machine for the duration of the service, and he will let you know if he has any questions, otherwise, he will speak with you at the end of the service call.

You are also welcome to bring your machine to our offices for repair/service, just let us know ahead of time so that we can have a technician ready to look at it.

Satellite Offices

For all other technicians/offices outside of the Calgary office, contact them directly for information on their policies, as regulations are constantly changing from province to province, and these techs work independently, and their limitations may vary.
