From the first day, I met Kai and everyone else at embroidery systems, they have been incredibly helpful with everything related to embroidery, from buying and figuring out how to use the Melco machines and software, to purchasing supplies. Their friendly demeanor and welcoming smile make every visit a pleasure. I can always count on them for excellent customer service and support for my company's embroidery needs.
